My god, it's been almost a year since anything was last posted in here. I guess an update is in order.
Firstly, Rob turned out to be possessive, jealous and controlling so I broke up with him last month. Sometimes when the bad overrides the good you have to step back and wonder why you're still taking it all.
My brother seems a lot better. He's joined a band and got in with a different crowd and isn't drinking and smoking as much (although he is still drinking a bit, idiot). The band have been playing gigs almost every week, and their MySpace page has over 30,000 views. Pretty neat, eh?
Ahh what else has happened. It's actually incredibly hard to sum up a year in a few paragraphs.
I'm starting college next week though. This is a big thing for me. I always doubted whether I'd be able to get myself back into the educational system, so only time will tell if I can cope with it. I'm feeling optimistic though and I'm actually looking forward to going.
I got an A* in one of my GCSEs. This is actually amazing since I had no teachers or funding or anything like that. I think it proves that even people who are taught at home can pass exams and do just as well as those that are at school. So eat that Government and non-believers!
