We're meeting a guy we met on the internet for the first time.
We've known him for almost a year now.
We've spoken to him on webcam.
We've spoken to him on MSN.
We've even spoken to him on phone (and checked his number to make sure it was from the area he said he was from)
His name is Matt.
And... oh yeah... he's Maya's boyfriend!
We've spoken to his friends... (who seemed chavvy but normal enough)
We've seen pictures of him.
We've confirmed that his name is on the register of the school he says he's from.
Maya's mum has spoken to him on the phone.
And Maya's half spoken to his mum.
We're meeting him tomorrow...
What the hell are we thinking??
Before you jump to conclusions, we have thought everything through. We're not ruling out that he's someone other than he says he is (because you never know, do you?).
He's arriving at the train station tomorrow at 10.
Maya's brother refused to come with us to meet him (because he said the world is too paranoid and we'll be fine)
Maya's mum says she'll come with us because she's as paranoid as we are.
She's then going to drive us into town and we'll... well... show him around.
And then after all that Maya's parents have invited him and Tamara to dinner at their house.
Shit...

. Plus, two people I used to see in chatrooms started meeting up and everything is fine with them, they go and stay at eachother's houses and stuff now
